The Director General, in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 read along with Regulation 95-A of the Employees’ State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, has locked December 1st 2023 from when the medical benefits specified in Regulation 95-A and the Uttar Pradesh Employees State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958 will be extended to the families of insured individuals in every region of Etah, Lakhimpur Khiri and Balrampur districts in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
In the exercise of the same powers conferred by section 46(2) of the ESI Act 1948 and Regulation 95-A, the Director General has fixed the same date of December 1st 2023 from when the medical benefits specified in Regulation 95-A and the Odisha Employees’ State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958 will be extended to the families of insured individuals in every region of the Kandhamal district in the State of Odisha.
